Ajith Bopitiya is a highly rated and experienced learning facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in training and development. He holds an MSc in HRM&D from Salford University, UK and the National Diploma (Merit) in Personnel Management from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Sri Lanka.
A Fellow Member and Past President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD), Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM); he is also a Certified National Trainer of the JCI Training Institute, USA.

He was also a visiting faculty member of the Aquinas College of Higher Studies, Institute of Personnel Management SL (IPM) and Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD). Ajith is involved in Toastmasters where he has achieved the status of Competent Communicator and Competent leader statuses.
He is Past National President of Junior Chamber Sri Lanka (JCI), Past Vice President of CIPM, Past President of SLITAD and Past President of Colombo Toastmasters Club.
