As a certified Kaizen and 5S Trainer and a Certified HR Auditor, Laleen possesses a deep understanding of operational excellence and HR auditing principles. His professional credentials are further enhanced by diplomas in Human Resource Management and Training & Development, showcasing his dedication to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Laleen’s career spans significant roles, including a pivotal position as Chief Engineer & Country Manager for Sri Lanka & Maldives at Societe Internationale De Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA), where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical acumen. His teaching career is equally impressive, having served as a Senior Lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), where he has contributed as a Research Supervisor, Chief Examiner, and Exam Paper Designer.

His commitment to skill development is evident through his role as a Lead Trainer with the Skill Development Ministry, and as a Senior Lecturer at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration’s School of Postgraduate Studies.
